The Start of the Big Man Story

The Big Man Trailer Co was founded in 2014 in Dandenong, Victoria, initially producing trailer parts and gradually expanding our product range throughout the year. In 2016, we expanded into designing and manufacturing complete trailers, with the aim of bringing unique, high-quality trailers to the market that would meet the needs of working professionals and home users alike.

Designed and assembled in Australia in compliance with Australian Design Rules and Standards, our trailers have developed a reputation for durability and versatility, and in the years since our founding, have been hitched up by hundreds of happy customers, from plumbers, builders and furniture movers, to farmers, landscapers and home gardeners.

Timeline

2014

Big Man Trailer Co is founded
and begins producing trailer
parts, and our first office was
established in Dandenong, VIC.

2016

Big Man Trailer Co expands into
designing and manufacturing
complete trailers while
continuing to produce parts.

2020

Having outgrown our original
office in Dandenong, we
relocate to a larger facility in
Carrum Downs. In the same year,
we establish a second office in
Moorabbin to expand our reach
and better serve our customers in
the Melbourne area.

2023

Big Man Trailer goes interstate, establishing our first NSW office in Auburn.

2022

We continue to expand our operations by establishing a dealership in Pakenham,enabling us to serve customers in the area better and increase our market share.

2021

Big Man Trailer Co continues to grow, and we open a third office in Lilydale to expand our reach further and improve our customer service.

Today, Big Man Trailer Co has expanded to five locations across Victoria and New South Wales, with sales yards in Carrum Downs, Lilydale, Pakenham, Moorabbin and Auburn. As we have grown, so too has our product line, and we now offer an extensive range of single and double-axle trailers for a wide range of industries, including hydraulic tipper trailers, cattle trailers, plant trailers, tradesmen trailers, car trailers and more.
