About the 8x5 Tandem Builders Trailer - Black
The 8x5 Tandem Builders Trailer in Black is a dual-axle tradesman trailer designed for durability and convenience – a full workshop, kitchen and store room that follows you to site. Model TT85BV1 has a tare of 1650KG and an aggregate trailer mass of 3500KG, so there is real payload left once your gear is on board.
Storage for the whole kit
An array of storage solutions: main compartments on either side, smaller compartments underneath, and a fridge slide-out to keep drinks and lunch cold. Above the fridge there are additional compartments, with shelves at the rear and slide-out drawers, all with latches for secure storage.
Power and water on board
Fitted with dual batteries, Anderson plugs and external sockets so you can run tools and lights away from mains power, plus solar panel slide-outs to keep the system topped up. A 70L dual water tank with a water gauge means you can wash up, mix and clean down wherever you park.
Built to tow, built to last
Riding on rocker roller 9-leaf suspension with 265 75R16 inch tyres – double king tyres on Off-rise series GR wheels – and an 1800mm drawbar for a stable tow. A black ladder rack with a spare tyre sits at the front, the roof luggage carrier is powder-coated black, gas struts take the weight of every door, and a Central Locking System secures the lot in one turn. Matt black inside and out with black checker plate on all step-on areas.

On board you get a 2000W inverter running off 2 x 135Ah AGM deep cycle batteries with solar slide-outs, a 70L dual water tank with pump and gauge, a slide-out fridge, front and rear ladder racks, a powder-coated roof luggage carrier, gas struts on every door and a Central Locking System.
